60-day Return Window I stand behind everything I make and sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund with 60 days of purchase.
What I Cover
- Printing defects or damage during shipping - I'll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you
- Material or workmanship defects - If your print has tears, holes, or water damage, you can return it at any time
- General satisfaction - If you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason
What's Not Covered My policy doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
Return Process If you'd like to return your item(s), please contact info@lililennox.com and write me a short message about what was wrong with your purchase. Please tell me if you want your purchase refunded or exchanged.
Please send a picture of your shipment along with your email, as this will help speed the process along.
